Provides injury assessment, identification &  treatment in the comfort of your own home.

Utilises techniques to pin point the underlying biomechanical problems relating to your injury, pain,  poor posture or dysfunctional movement patterns to determine appropriate treatment.

Provides sports and/or occupational specific exercise programs to return individuals to their full functional fitness

Emma has been running her mobile sports injury business since September 2011.

Qualified MSc Sports Injury Therapist and BSc Hons Sports Science.

Coached gymnastics for 20 years & experienced too many injured gymnasts returning to sport before their injury had recovered. Resulting in re-injury, more time out of sport or complete drop out due to inability to perform.

This has driven Emma's motivation and passion to work with Musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries whether the injury has been sustained from sport, work, car accident, gardening or recreational activities.
